A lengthy job, but I can get it to work. I needed to unglue that rectangle
from all
the bits it was connected to, including the "flight of ducks" mural. That was
a lot of
- zoom in to a corner
- add a new node (only) on the rectangle next to the corner (not the
doubly-used side)
- select the original corner and the rectangle path
- unglue
once disconnected, terrace
then select each pair of close-by nodes, and merge.
Takes too long, really.
Alternatve: add a single way indicating the division of the rectangle; then "split
object".
