Harry and all, Perhaps related as I'm getting a similar weird result over Tabare [0].
At zoom19, the imagery looks well aligned with an imagery date is 2011 [1] although the image quality is poor. At zoom20, the imagery is off ~15m north with an imagery date is 2010 [2]. Moreover, there are a lot of changes in the number buildings constructed. So I guess zooming beyond 19 (in this area) is not advisable.
