While playing around with bhuvan, i found out that their wms layers of national highways and hospital were actually made using osm data. I did a quick comparison to verify: http://bitterscotch.wordpress.com/2011/11/28/isro-sees-utility-of-openstreetmap-data/
Its good to see that ISRO/NRSA has an eye on openstreetmap now. This can be used to build a case for opening up for more data from government agencies. -- j.mp/ArunGanesh
