What really got me curious was during my casual map browsing, I found Manila South Cemetery has its own admin boundaries. Who then voted for the Brgy Chairman here? But you explained it succinctly in the note tag. "note = The Manila South Cemetery is actually in the City of Manila's jurisdiction.
