Yes, let's do this.  Seav's suggested areas are great for popularizing osm-ph.

Alternate suggestion.
1. Malabon-Navotas-Valenzuela area needs a lot of OSM love.
2. Let's finally clean-up small spots of unmapped areas in Makati (and
declare it's road complete).
