On another note, since we are non stock and non profit corporation.... I have one downside, anyone know how to do the quarterly/annual filings? It's a bit expensive to hire an accountant and there's not much to do since we don't have much in terms of money going around the org if ever. Perhaps someone is married to or is an accountant ? :) Probono tax prep for the org? :) I'm going to register us soon but we gotta keep up with quarterly filings, and annual is another thing altogether with the financial statement.
