agree on this. i wonder how it is now, the highest highway in PH...passed by in 2004 when it was not yet finished from baguio to sagada (6 to 7 hours travel by bus) but damaged again by typhoons years later. is the whole stretch still concrete/asphalt or returned to unpaved?
