Dear Samuel, Welcome to osmph.
To add a bridge, simply split a line/way from the beginning and end of the bridge. Then add a tag bridge=yes to the newly created way. Make sure to add the correct name of the bridge. We normally, don't add a POI/point to a bridge since it is in most cases part of a road.
