yes, i pass there almost everyday. confirm that there is a flyover. it will be at the highest level. which will put it above the other one. as well there is a left turn from ramon magsaysay to nagtahan bridge. also from san miguel you can turn left to legarda and even arsenio lacson. the area under the flyovers is really an open space where i think you can pretty much anything goes.
