Thank you for providing the tms.  We now have to images available:

I'm assuming you are using the EO-1's ALI which has 10m pixres in the
panchromatic band.

Some notes to mappers:
 - adjust the image offset, there are traces along the SRNH trunk road from
stepjuan's visayas expedition.  If you cross the other EO image, re-adjust
the imagery accordingly.
 - there maybe ways that are incompatible to the planned license change,
please remove and remap them as well.

I tried looking for Orbview-1 image but no good ones within that area.
