Noticed the persistence of the "other side"[1], which created the so-called "nine dash line"[2]. He/she made similar edits a few weeks ago, which basically deleted our national border[3] (which twain somewhat restored[4]).
I think that we should take this case to the Data working group, since what he/she/they are doing is an act tantamount to vandalism.
