Dear everyone,

Just a note of thanks to everyone who participated in our Open data
Day 2013 event last Saturday. I am personally impressed by the many
initiatives of several government agencies in making their data
accessible to the public.

Notes and other materials are available in the Google Drive directory
[0]. We will add more in the coming days. If you want to share
feedback or anything, just edit the "Project Ideas" document.
Photos and other comments are available in the FB event page [1] and
G+ event page [2]. The execution is far from perfect, so we really
appreciate feedback.

Special thanks to the following Institutions:
 - Environmental Science for Social Change - for the venue
 - Georepublic (http://georepublic.de/en/) - for our food
 - GIZ, PPDO Leyte and the Municipal LGU representatives - for the
hangout stream in Leyte and Northern Samar
 - DSWD
 - DOH
 - Project NOAH
 - UPD - Geodetic Engineering Department - students and faculty
 - ASoG's Inclusive Mobility
 - OpenStreetMap Philippines and all the local mappers

Lots of new ideas and possibilities emerged related to Open Data. The
participant's list is also available in the GDrive directory so if you
want to follow-up specific people(I'm sure I will, so expect my email
:-) ), I'm sure they are more than willing to discuss.
The Open Data Day 2013 celebration maybe over but we hope the ideas,
relations and possible collaborations flourish.

Thanks again!
