Id go for "OSM-PH" and "OSM PH" and "OpenStreetMap Philippines" depending
on the usage

"OSM-PH" is to be used for file names such as the garmin maps.
"OpenStreetMap Philippines" for print, training (and or formal) materials
and "OSM PH" as an accepted abbreviation of the formal name when it has to
be used multiple times in the literature.

Carlo.
