Hi! I'm Ilya Zverev from Russia, editor of shtosm.ru and sometimes a mapper. From 29 Dec to 3 Jan I'll be in Lisbon, and then I'll be travelling to Sintra and Porto. Do portugese mappers meet in person? It would be great to meet OSM members and discuss the country, the project and the community.
