Tom, This has probably been covered countless times: what about those bus stops (the few!) which are there already in OSM - will these be auto-detected an not imported?

Updates to this data in OSM are planned at some point in the future, but it'll probably be easiest to do it under the assumption that all NaPTAN data in OSM was from the same dump. I'll get ahead with importing Bath now.
