it's an interesting idea, but putting these things on takes a critical
mass of volunteers.
trying to use it to jumpstart an area would be difficult if not
impossible, certainly high risk.
i would not attempt to lead a bid for Albany, NY, there don't seem to
be enough active mappers
around here.
You guys have talked me out of my idea...for now. Maybe next year ;)
