It seems we have a mass import of truck stops going on by user

be any documentation for this import, they appear to be tagged as
caravan sites, and sources cited on the ones I've noticed appear to be
from the operator's website. I'm concerned that these edits don't meet
our license standards and are tagged inappropriately (since in at least
a couple cases I'm personally aware of, the truck stop in question
doesn't have facilities you would expect at, say, the park I live in or
a KOA or similar facility). I've just reached out to the user in
private message, but wanted to make the list aware of this so folks can
keep an eye out in their area. Included chains seem to be Flying J,
Love's (possibly misspelled as "Loves'"), and Travel Centers of America.

I think the choice of caravan_site was intended to indicate that trucks can layover at these facilities, but TorhamZed has even tagged a few gas stations in my area that have only a handful of truck parking spaces.

In my area, I've been retagging all of TorhamZed's "caravan sites" as highway=services, landuse=retail, but that may still be suboptimal. Do we have better tags for truck stops, as opposed to toll road service areas? (I'd prefer not to tag the entire premises as amenity=fuel, since I'd previously drawn in all the canopies as building=roof, amenity=fuel, hgv/motorcar=designated/no.)
