Heh, no doubt.  That, and we operate on indian time, anyway.  Though the
billboard entering Tulsa on the turnpike has a pretty obvious edit to
"Tulsa time".  Either way, if someone says "be here at 2," they're probably
not going to be horribly upset if you show up at 3:30...
