The attribution I can find is on
http://www.randmcnally.com/legal/doc/tripmaker-attribution, which is
linked from the "Help" popup from the TripMaker site. For OSM it links
to https://www.mapbox.com/about/maps/ which seems to have more specific
data about OSM licensing.
