The satellite imagery is not correct since the city moves locations each
year, as described by the golden spike info.

I'm totally onboard with OpenStreetMap being for things that are on the
ground. The city is being built now and the streets are being laid out. My
question is more about whether generated streets are a good enough source
for adding to OpenStreetMap since a survey is not possible.
