Dale & list, TeachOSM has initiated a project with the US Census Bureau we've been calling 'Missing America', dedicated to mapping those marginal areas and vulnerable populations. We're just getting organized, but anticipate local communities playing a part in both mapping as well as community organization. Happy to chat more off list.
