I filled out the contact form on the Mobify website as they are the ones that are being attributed without also crediting OSM. I'll let you know if I hear anything back.

However, that email bounced back with a "#550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found ##" I'm not sure about the best way to proceed from here.
