It would certainly be enough to point a human to the right spot on the map where they could then verify whether the object in question is already on OSM (in which case they might choose to just add some of the extra data you have), or whether it needs to be newly created. Note that the "advertising slogan" you have included in your data is not suitable for OSM and must be omitted. If you want you can look for ways to boil this down to verifiable facts (e.g. where it says "Has served families since 1976" you could put "start_date=1976",or where the text includes information about what the practice specializes in, this could lead to a "healthcare:speciality" tag as documented in http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:healthcare) but somethink like "fast, friendly, convenient" or "small enough for X yet large enough for Y" is not something that can be put in OSM.
