If I have made changes to something created by one of the users who
have not accepted, like when they traced from sat and then I refined
it after driving the road, will the content still be deleted?

(ODbL) starting on Sunday.
Contributors who signed up before 12th May 2010 need to agree

South Africa has very good acceptance rates of over 98% for the map
data.
BUT! We need to track down the last few users and ask them to Agree to
the new license by logging-in and clicking agree (or decline if they
wish).

webmas...@openstreetmap.org with details and we'll get it fixed up
ASAP.
At the moment we'd lose a few areas in north Cape Town and south
Johannesburg / Soweto.
