You can also do like SETI and distribute to multiple workstations. 
Put run time versions on the workstations, store all the scripts on a
network share, execute them using Windows scheduler on the workstations.
You could also store the bulk of you scripts in sql server (instead of
network shares) and use recordset calls to the db in your scipts.

Do all of the Boston Workstation jobs run at the same time?  If not,
maybe you can create EXE's from your scripts with VB and use the windows
scheduler to run the jobs as needed.

We have a 4 processor server which is running 35 instances of Boston
Workstation.  The server is just about pegged.  Do you have a list of
hardware requirements.

 

Also, does Boston support 64 bit hardware?
