Greetings,

When dealing with Citrix published applications, there are two ways of
handling (note- it doesn't matter what the application is, if it's
published via Citrix the below always applies).

 

1.       Option #1 - Install BWS on the Citrix Server and script the
application as normal (you must always contact us before attempting to
perform this install)

2.       If Option 1 is not possible, use the OCR connection against the
published application.
