You working with Excel by any chance?
The below is correct. Excel however will sometimes report EOF a record
too late.
I always with Excel do:
If D("AlwaysPopulatedField")="" then

Does anyone know how to write an if statement for EOF?
If D.EOF_ Then... doesn't seem to be working... this is not for a rules
