Hi: I am new to BWS and this forum so please forgive my ignorance about what questions to ask, etc.
I watched a BWS webinar where a hospital in Florida was using BWS to do 2 things of interest to me: 1. They set up a BWS Run Variable whereas every script opens with a step that basically asks "is there any other script running on this server"? If not the script runs; if so the script waits. Do any of you have this code to enable this functionality? 2. They also mentioned a RUN PROJECT where the script schedule is maintained? Do any of you do this? Basically I think we want to leverage one or two production servers to run all of our production scripts. We don't want scripts to be running into each other, nor do we want waiting scripts to be lost and never run. On another question I notice that the BWS version we have (version 9, patch 801) uses VB 6.3. Do any of you recommend that I download the Microsoft Visual Basic run-time files for VB 6.0? Thanks.
