I was hoping to get away from printing as the method to cause the render. I'm
getting only about a 93% success rate and going back to collect the remaining
7% takes a lot of manual effort.

I really am interested in directly accessing the HTML stream and then rendering
that with a professional rendering engine, like EVO.

Is there a way to access the entire HTML stream?

The Open Office open source suite has a print to pdf function. You could try
importing the html pages into Open Office and then do any clean up needed
before printing to pdf.

But with Christ, we have access in a one-to-one relationship, for, as in the
Old Testament, it was more one of worship and awe, a vertical relationship. The
New Testament, on the other hand, we look across at a Jesus who looks familiar,
horizontal. The combination is what makes the Cross. Bono
