I'm just asking the question again since I got no answers last time maybe
there's someone new out there would could shed some light.

There was an article about someone who used their states death registry to
prevent patient mailings to survivors. I'm not sure who to contact at the State
level. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time,
