Thanks to all who have responded. Tomorrow morning is live test day. I do not
have a timeout rule in the script and do not want a timeout rule. I will kick
this off manually tomorrow and if all goes well, put the script on the BWS
scheduler to complete prior to coming into work in the mornings.

That is what I have seen as well and am battling myself at the moment. I have a
few scripts that process excel files with 20k-40k entries and after about 1000
to 2000 entries it seems to stop and sits waiting on a rule step to be true but
BWS never times out unless you have a timeout step incorporated in the script.
Meditech will timeout and close and that seems to be the problem once BWS
doesn't move forward.

Hi Mary.

I would say NO. But don't quote me on that. I've come in Monday mornings only
to find BWS sitting at the next step waiting for a condition to come true from
a script that started Friday afternoon. It's not likely BWS will time out on
you...but another application may.

I have a file that will take over an hour to process. I do not want BWS to
time out and send an error the file takes this long to process. Do I need to
take some steps to insure the file will have time to process and still remain
in BWS for the next step?
