Hi all, No, this is expected behavior To give an explanation here... In Boston WorkStation there is a thing called Share. (you may have seen this running in TaskManager - BostonWorkStationShare.EXE)
The Application Viewer is actually kinda a script. When a script is running against something like Meditech you could think of it doing a View command repeatedly to populate itself (not exactly a view but that's not important). The reason why it can even do that is because the connection is Shared. Both the script and the Application Viewer have access to the connection. A Windows connection is also shared, allowing the Application Viewer to display the text of the control with focus (if it can). The reason why it is even shared in the first place is because gathering that information is not programmatically expensive to do - it's practically free. A Web connection is Not Shared. This means when a script is running, the Application Viewer does not have access to the connection. This is because it would be very programmatically expensive to do so. You've likely seen that connecting and refreshing the document /element list can take a fair bit of time - imagine that happening every time the script does something against the web page - the performance would be , well, unacceptable.
