Well the script last year ran under 3

The hospital is using 4 now..

I had altered the connection to 4 this am - can switch it back to 3 - but still
hangs...like some flag or parameter is causing the script to not run

And the connection is looking for Meditech 3...
The cursor placements for each one are completely different.
Which Meditech do you normally use? 3 or 4?

Does your script look something like this?

If Step = "CONNECT TO APPLICATION" Then
        If Rule("") Then
            Connect "Meditech C:\Program Files\MEDITECH\Workstation3.x\T.exe",
stMeditechNUIEx
Step = "LOGIN AND ANCHOR SCREEN"
            Exit Sub
        End If
ElseIf Step = "LOGIN AND ANCHOR SCREEN" Then
        If Rule("You have@6,1&@24,38") Then
            Enter ""
            Exit Sub
        End If
        If Rule("MIS Directories@1,18&@1,35") Then
            Enter "2"
            Exit Sub
        End If
        If Rule("Medical Information@2,23&@7,17") Then
            Enter "(YOUR USERNAME)"
            Exit Sub
        End If
        If Rule("Medical Information@2,23&@8,17") Then
            Enter "(YOUR USER PASSWORD)"
            Exit Sub

Your Connection to Meditech and Login should be two separate steps.

Steps
-Start Script
-Connect to Application
-Login and Navigate to Anchor Screen

Subject: [talkbws] Script won't run

Trying to re-run a script from last December...

I open the project file in Boston Workstation - select Run

It opens the workstation window and the 1st Meditech screen - and WAITS for the
1st Screen input...

What is causing the script to not populate the Meditech Screen from the code?
