Rich: Corinna Robertson sent me another copy of MRWScript.dll and when I
replaced my version with her version it worked beautifully! I do appreciate
your email but at this point I have no clue what all that dim share set
share.share stuff means. Hopefully I will learn eventually. It looks like
something I will probably need to know to write the transcription interface
I have been given the task of creating. I'll be sure to ask about it when I
have my one-day training session (as yet unscheduled). Thanks again!

Your script doesn't automatically display the connection in the
application viewer...occasionally there can be secondary effects of this
sort dual shared connection. The SimpleScript is set up to share its
connection and the WorkStation will see it if you select Connect...Get
Shared Connection. To share your script's connection with the
WorkStation you'll need to add the appropriate code in your
script...namely:

        Dim Share As New CShare
        Set Share.Share = R

This shares R, the simple commands' WinScript object.

Subject: [Talk] Connecting to Meditech in BWS 6.5

I am just starting my life as a Boston Workstation user today! From the
learn utility when I click on connect, and select Meditech 32-bit from
the
dropdown menu, it DOES cause workstation 3.x to run and appear on my
desktop, but I thought it was suppose to open within the application
viewing
area. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? The script line is
Sub myScript2()
Connect "C:\Program Files\MEDITECH\Workstation3.x\T.exe", stMeditech
End Sub
I do have MRWScript.dll in the same folder as T.exe

Thanks..
