        Here is how I do it.  This also shows how to get back to Meditech
after the Save As box...

Pause "On device? "
Enter "DOWNLOAD"
Pause "Both?  N"   'this is for the new prompt in 4.9 that asks if you want
to suppress lines
Enter
Wait 2
Connect "Save As", stWindows
Enter "directory/filename"
Connect "", stMeditech
Wait 1
