Hi Mickey, this is what I used to do and it worked.  I now have macros in my reports which allows them to download without using the windows Save As box.  The machine cannot be locked when using the Save As box and certain other windows functions so this is why I use...it is great so let me know.
 
Enter "DOWNLOAD"
Pause "Suppress: Nothing, Page banners, Form feeds, or Both?"
Enter ""
Wait 2
Activate ("Save As")
SendKeys ("G:\Enter Lab Dxs\Lab Dxs.txt")
SendKeys ("%S")
Wait 30
Pause "End of report."
Enter ""

I am using the following code to Connect to the Save As Box and enter the file name and connect back to Meditech to Press Enter on the End of Report Message.

It is not pressing enter when I return from the Save As Box.
