We have MAGIC... What I do is set up an FTP destination in the Spool Dictionary. Then set up a spool group.  From there, you can schedule your report to print to that spool group which will send the data to an FTP location on your network.

Can a process to automate the downloading of a report from Meditech be accomplished with BW? I looked at some of the past postings and they seem to reference the NPR Client/Server .. we don't have that version, the reports can be scheduled BUT the downloading of them has to be manual (is what I am told from OUR NPR gurus). Would this be a typical use and/or be a rationale to use BW? Remember I am new to this ... so be gentle ....
