Without knowing the specifics of the script, I would create an NPR report as a
download (selecting only the insurances you want to touch for each account), use this
file as my record source and capture all of the insurances for each account. You could
then choose the insurances that are attached to each account in the file that need to
be touched and leave those that don't.

There are several different ways this could be done. Myself, I like to import the file
into an Access DB and log each record after the process is completed. This way, I
don't duplicate my efforts if the script stops and needs to restart.

Subject: [Talk] Meditech Magic pulling in each entry from a Lookup

In the BAR module I am trying to change the Collector on each Insurance
associated with a patient's account. The problem is that I do not know
which Insurances are tied to each account. Therefore, I must do a lookup
and pull each one in and make the modification. There could be one
insurance or there could be up to five. They would all have to be touched
individually.

Does anyone have any suggestions for accessing each entry that appears in a
lookup?

Thanks.
