Judy, We are doing an on-line open enrollment. The ASP vendor will be providing me with a file containing the employee's ssn and up to 4 benefit codes and the 4 associated dollar amounts. We will do a mass update to delete the existing codes from the employees' records, so each code contained in the file will be a new code. Have you done anything like that? Sure would appreciate any help!
