I agree with 100%.  Shawn has been phenomenal to us at my facility this past year.  They should give him a big bonus to make sure he doesn’t go any where, lol… because honestly, I get reference calls every now again and one big thing that I really sing praises about is how amazing the support is with BWS.  I’ve never worked with a vendor who is so dedicated to their customers, especially Shawny-boy …….
