I agree with 100%.  Shawn has been phenomenal to us at my facility this past year.  They should give him a big bonus to make sure he doesn’t go any where, lol… because honestly, I get reference calls every now again and one big thing that I really sing praises about is how amazing the support is with BWS.  I’ve never worked with a vendor who is so dedicated to their customers, especially Shawny-boy ……. If I were him I would have pulled out all my hair having to deal with folks like me who worry him to death about problems that seem so simple after he’s explained to me what my problem actually was.  Without a doubt he and BWS are the best thing that’s ever happened to my facility….

Hello everyone out there in the BWS community.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone or their contributions and efforts in helping

each of us (especially me).

Not to discredit the mega-talent of others in here; but I've got to point out to all of you that

Shawn Yeaton is phenominal.  I think I've ran into stumbling blocks every day I launched

BWS Developer over the past two weeks.

He's been responsive, congenial, and incredibly patient.

Anyways, I just wanted to say thanks to Shawn and to all the folks out here who have helped

this year.  Fingers crossed,  I'll have this thing down in 2005 and can share some of what

I've learned with the new BWS "script writers" out there.

Happy Holidays to you all and to all SOME AWESOME SCRIPTS....

Scott
