Paul, Meditech Client Server is rather finicky
about how it displays its text…often labels and menus are only displayed
the first time they appear, but often patient data is displayed every time it’s
refreshed. Usually, reading a particular piece of text requires clearing
the screen just before the keystroke that will generate it, and then reading
the screen just after the key is pressed. You can see in the WorkStation whether
this strategy will work in your specific situation. If it doesn’t,
