We have been trying to “stabilize” an Interface that reads ADT HL7 records from MEDITECH over a port using a small program called Interface Explorer. It reads them perfectly! We then send them to another interface over a different port. The process works great. Our script breaks down when other variables creep into the process, e.g. the network or MEDITECH is running slower or faster than usual. Then the timing changes just enough to cause the script to crash. Short of looping everything in the scripts, do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance John D.
