Our facility is in
the process of migrating from Meditech to Cerner and are hoping to use Boston
Workstation for several of our conversions and interfaces. For the most part,
we've been able to successfully write and implement several scripts with Cerner
but seem to have run into an obstacle and are wondering if anyone has
encountered this same issue and has a resolution. We have a conversion script
that needs to run for several hours (if not days) and the script keeps having a
timeout problem at aproximately 4 hours. The timeout period appears to be
even less if we have more than one workstation running at a time. Cerner
runs on a Citrix Server, but we are using the fat client for the purpose of
scripting. The error does not appear to be a BWS error. Any advice would be
appreciated.
