Roger,

Generally in Meditech Magic I use the "key @_dialog" command to hit Save As, Ok or TAB and enter to navigate through those boxes.  You might try searching the talk archive for other solutions: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/maillist.html

As for automating e-mail through Outlook, I believe that MS has added certain security "features" to VBA which require manual intervention when scripting e-mail.  Typically this is a dialog box which says something like "A program is trying to send e-mail on your behalf..." and you have to click OK to get past it.  There are other options and work-arounds for this but I am not familiar with how they work with BWS.  MS did this a few years back to prevent bulk spamming using Outlook.  I'd search the archives for this as well, as I believe that the 3rd party solutions for automating e-mail have been discussed before.

Good luck!

We are a Meditech Magic site and I would like to know how you identify
the save as window and how you get around within the window.

I'm also wanting to know how I can e-mail through the script to an
outlook e-mail address.

If there are any archives that anyone knows about on the Boston site,
I'm willing to take a stab at this.

Thanks.
