This brings up a question I have had.
The machine that is running Boston does not have Microsoft Office. Is it necessary to have Office on the machine in order to read .xls files?
Using SMTP email, I didn't need our email client.
Thanks,

>>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 5/4/06 >>> Greetings,
BWS V8 has a built in SMTP email feature - select View - Messaging and then "fill in the blanks". Select Learn and Execute and it will send a test email and build a BWS SendMail command for you. Hello. Has anyone tried to send e-mails from their BWS script using SMTP? I will not have an e-mail client (MS Outlook, GroupWise, etc.) loaded on the PC that will be running my BWS script, but it can access an external SMTP server. Thanks.
