I have used both. BWS is way more versatile. BWS does have a higher learning 
curve because you would have to learn all it can do, which is more than SST.

My opinion from using both.

We use Summit and recently purchased Boston also.  Boston is working
good for what we are trying to do - Register existing Recurring Patients
to a new account, move charges from a different account (same patient)
to this new account, and have a bill generated for the new account. 

I have only worked with Boston and find its concept easy to learn.
