It is actually very simple. I have not tried this in my BWS yet - I use
it in a divisional app I built for my organization.

    Set myOlApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")
    Set myitem = myOlApp.CreateItem(olMailItem)
    myitem.From = <email address>
    myitem.To = <email address>
    myitem.Subject = <subject>
    myitem.Body = <body message>
    myitem.display 'Display the message for verification or whatever
and click send or automate to send

I am sure there are more options than this. If you google "vb outlook"
you may find a lot more interesting code.
