Greetings,

Are you using our NUI (4.x) Connection? 

 

The 3.x connection will do <almost> everything against NUI (4.x) but it
doesn't know about the dialogs - that's why we had to create a whole new
connection specific to 4.x.

 

Fortunatly, the NUI connection will see the dialog box, and you'll be able
to send:

Key "@_DIALOG:Y"  which will send the key just to the dialog and voila - it
will go away!

 

Give our support folks a call if what I'm talking about here doesn't sound
familiar - they'll get you going!

Subject: [Talk] problem with dialog box in Meditech 4.x

 

I am attempting to set up a script to go to the RXM module in Meditech and
fix some 22000 drugs. I have used BWS with client version 3.x in the past
but this module is only available in 4.x. Everything works fine until I come
to a dialog box that will not respond to anything. I have tried sending it
Key "@_DIALOG:Y" and just Key "Y" or even Enter but nothing happens. It
looks like the box is activated because if I tab over to the workstation and
type "y" on the keyboard it works. Any suggestions? Could there be something
wrong with the box?
