Greetings,
Yes - you can use Rules to do this:
To build an is the data like rule:
In the Data box have:
D("Myfield")~###-##-#### where the ### is your pattern
And select insert additional condition - When it is true that..
The ~ is the "like operator
Repeat for all three using insert additional condition for each different
field and they should all build within the same rule.
Copy (Ctrl+C), and paste (Ctrl+V) this rule , add a Not condition to the
newly pasted rule.

Is there a Like Format command that can be used to return a true if a data
element is of a certain format. For example, I need to search through a
file for 3 specific records that are in the following format:
######### (9 numbers)
######(6 numbers)
Last, First, Middle (Alpha String, Alpha String Alpha String)
These records will be close to the beginnin gof the file and there will not
be any other records before these in the same format.
