Hello, I believe it is not Meditech popup box like you explained below. It is Windows Save As dialog box. If you have a Meditech CS workstation try to download a report from the NPR database, there is a menu item Save Report To File option(At least for my user account that's the case). When provided DPM and ReportName, hitting F12 will produce this Save As dialog box. P.S it is not "Print Destination" Dialog I am referring.
